Do Not Buy a PC with Microsoft WindowsXP Media Center Edition.

Not only do the interfaces suck, most quality audio hardware tools will not function with Media Center Edition.

I own this piece of hardware and it worked great with WindowsXP SP2....but I was dumb enough to buy a new computer with WindowsXP Media Center Edition...so now I can't use it any more until I ditch Media Center Edition...which sucks anyway.
